My job as a maufacturing apprentice is to learn and develop skills within the business and build my manufacturing qualities through out the halls.
Too many to list
I was more nervious at the start of my apprenticeship as there is a certain pressure and expectations to preform at the corret standard, but over time the pressure has been lifted and coming to the end its alot more lax, but depending on departments will judge the enjoyment.
My apprenticeship experence was bumpy due to covid which moved us off track and i dont think we ever recovered, we were rushed into our placements and made to settle fast due to the lack of work and new apprentices starting
I know the support is there if it was needed no matter the case.
Again department depending, if the company needs don't meet yours a "struggle" will comence to convice the company that this will be good for the department and that you should be put forward for it.
The college route helped build convidence and friendship prior to starting at the business, this help take on rolls and pick up jobs easier as the prior knowledge was there.
