I’m a team member at KFC. Giving customers best experience they can have everyday is what makes me and them happy. Taking orders, payments, dealing with complains and serve fresh food.
I became more confident about my role, I improved my English skills and get to learn new station to understand how restaurant works better.
I like that I can have new experiences and learn something new so I can help my colleagues when it’s needed and train new people, showing them all my knowledge.
I had no issues with arranging dates for my exams and meetings with trainer. Everyone is helpful and amazing at their job.
My RGM is very helpful, always makes time in my schedule for my training and studying if needed. Making sure I have passed all my exams and providing me with needed information.
Absolutely everything I needed I could get straight away. Providing me with extra materials, like documents and videos. Helping me organising my plan and helping with everything that I didn’t know, make it easy for me to understand and always provided best training for my assessments.
Since I started my apprenticeship, I noticed that I actually didn’t know a lot of things and it helped me to pay attention to details even more and help customers with their complains.
I don’t think we had any since I worked there, but I heard that we’re organising some sport activities between different stores, so it should be fun.
Yes
It’s in nice location, pay is good for such role, people are very nice and it’s not boring. Everyday you’ll have different experiences and each customer is different so it will help you gain some knowledge that you can use in your everyday life.
Don’t be afraid to start. You’ll have all the training provided and people are always there to help you. Don’t be afraid to explore different roles and ask your colleagues what are they doing, because it will help you to understand all the process and grow up later.
