  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am currently in my second year at Savills as an apprentice working towards becoming Chartered. I work within one of their worldwide teams giving me opportunities to understand the markets in different countries. I work as a corporate account manager for companies meaning I look after there office property portfolio and assist when necessary on rent reviews, lease renewals, disposal, acquisitions and relocations.

  • Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills relating to the job role as well as building those that already existed

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I think the program is extremely enjoyable and really works well for my personality type.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe it is well structure but not perfect, however with this said there are some great initiatives in order to make it as close to perfect as possible.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer and they are extremely understanding

  • The training provider is really good

  • I believe it really does help as it gives you the basic understanding which you can then build on

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes lots of different activities and there's always socials. Recently attending the Surveyors 7s for our rugby and netball teams

  • Yes

  • I believe it is a great company that has a great reputation that can really give you the help you need to start your career

  • Be confident and don't stress over the small things, they are interested in what you are like as a person as they can teach you everything else
