I am currently in my second year at Savills as an apprentice working towards becoming Chartered. I work within one of their worldwide teams giving me opportunities to understand the markets in different countries. I work as a corporate account manager for companies meaning I look after there office property portfolio and assist when necessary on rent reviews, lease renewals, disposal, acquisitions and relocations.
Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills relating to the job role as well as building those that already existed
I think the program is extremely enjoyable and really works well for my personality type.
I believe it is well structure but not perfect, however with this said there are some great initiatives in order to make it as close to perfect as possible.
I receive a lot of support from my employer and they are extremely understanding
The training provider is really good
I believe it really does help as it gives you the basic understanding which you can then build on
Yes lots of different activities and there's always socials. Recently attending the Surveyors 7s for our rugby and netball teams

I believe it is a great company that has a great reputation that can really give you the help you need to start your career
Be confident and don't stress over the small things, they are interested in what you are like as a person as they can teach you everything else
