1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

underwrite customers who are applying for finance on a vehicle. We do this by checking their credit file, where they live, what they do so profiling and many more little things

I have learnt multiple new skills since starting here and also developed me into a good underwriter

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

love it and really enjoy my job, never a dull day

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

yeah well structured, always a good plan in place for when i want to achieve something

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

an incredible amount, weekly meetings, can always call and make time if I'm having a issue, no complaints at all

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

very large amount, lots of ways of helping and setting me on the right path. Couldn't ask for anymore

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

started my job knowing absolutely nothing, but now i could give you an in depth overview about every department, regulation which is in finance, and overall would say I'm quite knowledgeable about what happens in automotive finance

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes always something going on. We have lots of social events and also volunteering

amazing company, everyone is super nice, very supportive of any issues, overall feel very lucky to work here

know what you are applying for and do some reason on the different departments
