University Courses, Internal Safety Training
Great apprentice communitity, Company is very supportive, Can be difficult maintaining a work / life balance due to the degree work
From a works perspective it is very well structured & orginised but the University course can be a bit chaotic at times
The Apprentice Management Team are incridbly supportive of the entire apprentice community
The university supplies you with an accademic tutor and a support network
Alot of the learning doesnt initially impact the work being done but the concpts learned help to improve your way of working and development understanding in the long term
There are company wide events as well as apprentice run nights out and events
