I've developed new skills as well as being supported by my manager and skills coach to utilise and develop existing skills
My experience has been great so far, not only by my provider but I'm incredibly fortunate to work alongside such experienced and supportive colleagues. They have welcomed me into the team and really made me feel supported and equal. They are incredibly encouraging and responsive when it comes to anything I need, I couldn't ask for more. They have really helped aid my growth. My manager is the same, nothing is ever too much, she is really engaged in my journey and helpful, she allows me to have the perfect amount of autonomy but also is always there if I need her. I really enjoy my role.
My programme is incredibly structured, JGA have been brilliant. From the minute go everything was laid out, detailed and understandable. Support had been excellent, I met about 6 people in my first few weeks all of which couldn't wait to support me. I know all of my up and coming seminars, as well as detailed support through monthly skills coach meetings. All tasks and information are meticulously recorded on one file, I am never left wondering what to do or where things are. Anything new we had training on, for instance one file to support. We had an incredibly detailed induction too, completely laying out all expectations for the course and a chance for any questions to help us understand anything we didn't. All in all a great experience so far.

HR support wasn't great to start, was difficult to get support and gain rapport but I gave feedback and it was quickly rectified.

My training provider has a direct impact on how well I perform, I am learning daily new techniques, new skills and new ways to be better. Without the KSB's I am gaining from my provider I wouldn't be the working professional I currently am.
There are an innumerable amount of activities constantly on going to be involved in, it's one of the things I love the most about Sage. Sage Foundation is one of the biggest, giving all employees 5 days a year to take themselves away from work and give back to a charity or organisation of your choice. I also like to get involved in lots for Early Careers like Careers fairs and insight days and also with the internal continuous innovation team.
Yes
The company is fantastic. It's innovation, customer and colleague centricity is paramount, the support is unrivalled, the learning capabilities are second to none. Couldn't recommend Sage more.
