In my roll I speak to customer over telephone or webchats to support them with using Sage Business Cloud Products
I have gained a customer practitioner qualification and developed my interpersonal skills
I really enjoy my program because the company culture is so positive and everyone works as a team
My program is very organized, we always monitor our targets and make sure to communicate clearly.
I gain a lot of support from managers, team members, other teams when I need it,
I get a lot of support from my training provider with guidance on what I should be doing.
My qualification help me recognize different customer types and how to support them different to adapt so I can use this when speaking to customer
I can get involved with Sage foundation to help charities
