My role is to support customers with any queries relating to their software and provide solutions to their problem.
I have learned how to use a variety of different software and how to use Sages payroll software.
I do enjoy the programme however it can be quite challenging at times.
I would say the programme is extremely well organised/structured. Meetings and apprenticeship days are very consistent and are always around the same time of the month.
I receive a lot of support from my employer as they are constantly guiding me in the right direction and looking for ways to help where needed.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. They are always contactable and will support with extra queries if needs be.
I feel the training throughout has helped me understand why we do certain things in our role and has also helped me understand the company a lot more.
There is a lot of extra activities to get involved in such as volunteering dayy.
