on a day to day basis i complete different tasks such as running spreadsheets and attending meetings based off data i have collected. i have to run reports for different factories for them to see their spends each week.
i have really developed my communication skills because i have had the chance to interact with new people and push myself out of my comfort zone by attending meetings with unfamiliar people. i have learnt how to apply my skills to achieve goals.
i really enjoy the programme and the people i work with always go the extra mile to help me and provide me with extra tasks when needed. the work itself is enjoyable as i am constantly enhancing my skills.
the job role itself is really organised and everything i have to be doing is well structured as i have things like a timetable so other people in my team can see what gaps i have in my day, so if they need me to complete tasks, then i can.
my employer is manpower and we have catchups every few months. they are really supportive and allow me to feel back any issues i may have about the program. theyre always keen to help and offer support.
i receive support from my talent coach and she is really helpful. however i dont find the learning itself that organised. i like things to be structured and i dont feel like it is best organised.
i know more about the accounting side of my job and the types of wording people use because of my qualification which helps me on a day-to-day baiss.
there are many social events to get involved with like apprentice on boarding days, company events like 'women in supply chain which is a group i attend on my lunch once a month. they have many activities like yoga.

it is an amazing firm to work for and it has really helped me to develop my skills and be able to communicate with more people. i always push myself to take on extra work so that i can reach my full potential.
the application process is pretty long but really worth it in the end. the assessment day is about 7 hours long. this includes a business proposal aswell as an interview.
