Working on a 3 year project to migrate out of the data centres and onto the cloud, decommission devices. Work on KPIs.
Excel skills have developed. PowerBi skills gained. Python skills learnt. SQL skills learnt. Communication skills improved.
I have enjoyed all of my programme and have a great team to work with who are supportive and have great knowledge of the business which helps me to complete my day to day tasks.
Very well organised. Balance between learning and working is perfect.
i recieve support daily from my employer and they make sure I keep up to date with tasks and deadlines and ensure I get the most out of the programme.
I receive a lot of support from training provider who ensure that my work is submitted on time and ensure I have included everything I need to include to get the best results possible.
My qualifications help me perform better as it has given me the confidence in myself that I can do the job that I do and the qualifications also open up more doors for future roles.
Yes, i am currently doing some football with various other people from different teams within the company who have all come together to create a team, we are playing a tournament soon. This has also been good for networking.

Be yourself, the company look for people who are determined to learn and eager to learn. Not necessarily all about qualifications.
