providing support and guidance to a staff team. ensuing that care plans are followed and health and safety is maintain in the work place. completing payroll tasks rotas and manging annual leave.
being able to plan better and looking at situations diffrently to ensure i recieve the best results
vert much trainers was really helpful and was able to contact whenever i needed help
slight confusin with a change of trainers but overall no issues
manager was always on hand if i needed support
continuest support check ins and weekly calls and emails
im able to assess situations better and look at things in a diffrent light
on occasions but due to covid this has halted
