Manager - excellent support we meet every week for a catch up on workload etc, and once a month for a longer meeting relating to my studies, next steps etc. Good accessibility of support, occupational health, employee assistance programme etc.
Regular calls with tutor every 4-6 week depending. Can ask questions at any time. Excellent support from my tutor. Enjoy the qualification.

Good support network, progression in certain roles depending on the department you work in. For HR at Leeds, not good progression to stay within the company in HR but an excellent foundation to progress in another company.
Research Unilever, think outside the box when researching the company. Assessment days - be prepared, positive and show you are forward thinking.
