my day to day activities include, ensuring that any email corrospondance that has been sent to myself has been answerd. Hosting daily stand ups with a team of developers to ensure that the day is planned for and everyone knows the ask. I consult with my peers to complete all that is asked from me each day.
during my time I have learned may new skills, such as how to manage teams of people affectively, how to interact with cleints and managing clients expectaions. I have also had more in person experence then I was expecting. this included interacting with clients in person on there sites. this has provided me with valuable knowlage.
I enjoy the programme very much, the added experence that working for a large company such as accenture allows myself the felxability to work where I am most needed and where I fell I belong the most . this ensures that I get a positive experence while I gain skills daily.
the programe on the side of work is great, there is pleanty of paitnence among my peers who go to great lenghts to ensure I can manage with the work. however the university has much to be desired. many cases of teachers leaving mid modual and an overall lack of structure is clear.
within the realm of work, I can get as much experence as humany possible. there is always people to ask for help and asking is regularly encouraged by everyone. if someone has a skillset they are always willing to share this knowlage with anyone who will listen, this is a great place to gain skills.
the Univercity needs addressing, there is a large dissconnect between any corrospondance with us and the univercity. Convosations involving our future go on without our knowlage. that given there is a huge lack of people that could teach the degree so I adknowlage they are doing the best they can however more could be done.
My day to day provides exponentially more then my qualification. there is little to no crossover between the two. the course often contains tech that is very outdatad and methods that have long since been replaced. I would say that is dosent help me proform my role and needs rethinking in order to do so.
As my base of operations is in the north east there is little to no sport teams or events that are offered. however this can be related to the pandemic that closed down any such activities. there are many networking events however where you can meet people much furhter along paths then you to gain usefull insight.
Yes
Accenture is a great place to work, there is little that could could want to progress towards that accenture could not assist in. they have such a large portfoloi of clients that you can try your hand at every aspect of buisness. from programming to consulting all inhouse and with expert peers.
1 person that can work incredbly well, but cannot funciton in a team is much less valued then a person who can work less well but can work very well within a team. I would improve on teamskills, communication and the ability to deliver in person and virtual. furthermore, remember to be genuine.
