No day is the same, everyday is hands on and different. Alongside my apprenticeship work I handle multiple mailboxes for the team, visiting schools for career fairs and talks about the company. Managing apprentice finances, social media creation.
Presenting and confidence - I can now present and talk to an audience with ease and efficiency.
I wanted to stay in the company and on the programme so badly that I transferred departments to stay in the company that I love.
There are specific days we complete our apprenticeship programme which gives us enough time to learn and get experience on the job alongside one another.
I always have my mentor on hand supporting me in and outside of work, she does more than expected and I am very grateful. No issue is too big, and I never worry about asking 'stupid' questions.
Frequent calls around our work that support us in the tasks at hand. These are every two weeks to a month which fits in nicely with the deadlines and if we need extra support we can ask and they will facilitate.
Having support inside the role and in the apprenticeship, I know that everyone wants to see me thrive, do my best and get the most out of this apprenticeship.
There are monthly social events where departments can meet and socialize outside of working hours in a relaxed and neutral environment. Additionally, there are apprentice events which our FreshMinds team holds to bring the apprentice community together.

They offer so many options after your apprenticeship, they want to keep you and see you thrive in your passions. There is so much support from everyone and you feel valued.
You hear tech company and assume it is the same as the others, its not, there are so many different avenues you can go into that are unknown when you hear 'it/tech company'. It's a family feel company that you won't find this atmosphere anywhere else.
