Working with skilled people to ensure that all equipment is working the way that production needs
Lots of new skills that i learn to use in my job, you learn at college an then at work you use them and they get better
I really enjoy the programme people are friendly nd supportive
we always know where we are going to be placed and the rotation, sometimes it changes due to the business and we always get as much notice as possible.
the business is great at supporting, all the people help all the time, I am not afraid to ask for support and my Apprentice manager is great, she is always on hand for us, no matter what our problems
Sometimes its not as easy as the tutors don't always mark work on time but I tell my Apprentice manager and she sorts it out and the college respond well
lots of school events, and racing team, mountain challenge
