After new people have there interviews they start at our store and us crew trainers have to train them on all new stations in the store and we have to help them become independent on all stations. I have to make sure I coach other staff new and old to help them to

It is not very organised all the dates are not actual dates there lots of dates that I don’t know about but On my Page

I recieve support but not as much I would like with all the work she sets me up on
It has helped me becuase things I’m learning in my apprenticeship has helped me pick things up whilst working in my role at McDonald’s

Becuase they are very flexible, good pay helpes a lot with confident and you learn a lot of things
Don’t be Scared it a lot of fun when working there
