Tech support apprentice answering queries from our customers using our Payroll and/or Accounting products.
Definitely - I've learned how to communicate with customers in the right way and how to reach out for support when I need it.
Enjoyed it very much - everyone was so supportive and have helped me develop.
Very well organised - everyone know their roles and what needed to be done at what times.
A lot of support, including time offline to be able to complete apprenticeship work.
We have a full day with our training provider to be able to complete apprenticeship work.
I've got an edge over others in my role, as I have completed a customer service apprenticeship, which I have passed with full marks.
There are, we have events regularly to boost morale and team spirit.
