My role is personal assistant to a Store Operations Director. I assist her with day to day tasks that surround HR related matters as well as regional KPI focuses.
I have developed skills in HR related topics, such as recruitment and employee relations
I really enjoyed the programme, learning new topics that interest me and that I could then utilise in my own job made it much more enjoyable!
Very well organised and structured - the learning was easy to follow which help to understand the content and complete assignments
A lot - I have weekly updates with my director which helped me to stay on track and ask for help
My LDC was always on hand to help when I had questions and guide me through any issues I was facing
Really well - it has given me the confidence to do more
We are starting to look into more social activities
Yes
Aldi is focusing on improving the ability of their employees through different schemes such as career progression and training and development
Show willing to work hard!
