In my first placement in corporate reporting i work with organisation data to check performance against our targets and KPIS.
Yes i have learnt time management and prioritising work dependent on deadlines. I have also developed more confidence through havinf responsibility.
I really enjoy my programme. I get lots of experiences to try new things and have responsibility to work and lead on a variety of projects. I also get to be involved in different things such as events and volunteering.
It is well organised and clear.
I receive consistent support from my employer through different managers, mentors and colleagues.
We receive a significant amount of support. We have a skills coach to help us relate our learning to the experiences we have at work and our tutors are really knowledgeable. The communication and accessibility we could have to our tutor could improve.
It definitely does as we are learning techniques and tools that i can see used in my organisation and that i can apply to improve my performance. Doing the learning through the qualification helps me make sense of different things at work
Yes. There are several different activities such as volunteering in the local community, sports teams including a sports day in the summer. There are lots of networks for everything you can imagine - i am part of the women’s network.
Yes
It is a great opportunity to help you learn and get your qualification but also get the experience that your learning applies to. You get double the learning at once. It is also so fun and I am really enjoying getting involved in everything.
Use all your experience whether you think it is relevant or not. Sports teams, experiences in exams, retail work - all experience is really important. Also show your personality. Show why you stand out and what makes you you.
