I provide admin and project support to the Workforce team looking after a variety of projects, health and wellbeing and office duties.
I have learnt about myself as a leader and how to have more confidence when talking to colleagues and taking ownership of the benefits I bring to the Trust.
I have enjoyed the course so far. I found it extremely difficult initially to understand what was required of me having been out of education for so long but feel I am now finding my feet so I can get the most from the course.
The course is well structured. I struggled to identify what was being asked of me initially so I had to re-do some of the sessions. An oversight at the beginning of the course might have been more useful so I understood the essay question better.
My employer is extremely supportive. Due to the workload I struggle with clocking sufficient hours when not in class but this is due to my nature rather than my Line Manager who is supportive of my course.
The University have been very helpful in setting up specific study sessions although the communication has, at times, been hit and miss but as this is a new course I believe they are finding how best to make it work.
Difficult to answer until I have completed the course.
We have lots of extra curricular activities unfortunately time is an issue in the nhs.
