I work with marketing teams from various brands, supporting them with multi-channel campaign delivery by RedEye’s proprietary tool and support clients/ brands strategically to optimise marketing communications
I have learnt how to use theoretical frameworks to support with campaign planning which I have been able to apply day to day when working with my clients.
My line manager is on the course and has been really supportive however as someone with a demanding workload and in an established role I have found I’m treated differently (not as supported) to apprentices who come in to the business at apprentice level.
Yes
RedEye has a great range of employee benefits such as holiday allowance and flexi working etc.
I would flag the level of support needs to be improved
