On a day-day basis, the job role that i complete is processing 'access requests' - these are the requests submitted by engineers to undertake work around the country. I also answer the phone - this includes customer queries, resident queries and complaints. The job role is customer based and training is provided
The skills that i have developed include customer service, i.t skills, showing compassion to customers and working successfully with others.
I enjoy the the apprenticeship that i am currently doing. I believe the balance of working from home and working in the office is good.
I believe that CityFibre is well organised and structured. From the team that i work in to those above me, i believe the business is run very well.
Suuport is always available, from my managers and colleagues and from college.
Support is always available from CityFibre, meetings take place on a monthly basis to discuss any potential issues, with the opportunity for meetings sooner if issues arise.
The customer service aspect of my qualification helps me perform slightly better.
Their are multiple organisation wide teams calls that we are able to join, their is also the odd networking event throughout the year.
