I firstly start my day by collecting the daily figures for each contract that us at ATOS support. This then allows us to be able to see if we are hitting or under achieving out individual targets. Furthermore, if I collect the data and it comes to my attention that we are under our target, both my team and I can look into another report quite deeply to see if anything can be done in order to get the figures up for the next day, and most importantly, the end of the month.
The main skill I believe that I have learnt is to be able to interact with all kinds of different people. I have always been good with interaction within a school or college environment, however, when I came into a working environment, I found it difficult to interact with the vast amount of different personalities within a company. I believe I have now developed the skill the be able to interaction with all types of people.
I have had a lot of issues with my work load for my apprenticeship as my assessor changed through the first six month, so I have only been going one set of work since I started at ATOS. However, I have expressed my concern to my new assessor and I am now being given more work to complete.
I feel very valued. As I am not the same GCM level as my colleagues, I cannot complete certain tasks with Request Management. However I believe that I have still be given great responsibility within my team and feel important in terms of helping my team to achieve the targets we need to.
Again, the apprentice side had not been very well structured at all as I have only been given one set of work to complete towards my portfolio in the whole six months of being here. Even after me constantly asking for work.
Adding onto the comment above, the new assessor I have had in the last month is always keen to help if I ever have a question or needed support, and I believe that she will finally give me the work that I have been desperately wanting.
Great support. Always willing to help me out if I ever need anything and makes sure that my experience is the best it can be.
Since we have had a pay rise within the last few month, this has helped considerable amounts. I am able to afford everything that I need with also money spare for myself. I believe I am very lucky to get the salary I get for an apprenticeship as many offer far less.
Yes. We have a lot of training outside of out day to day job to gain more experience to help us within the working environment.
Yes
I believe that it is full of opportunities. It is very fexible to your home life, for instance, if you needed to come in early one day because you had to leave for a certain reason, they do not hold it against you and always willing to lend a hand.
To make sure that you seem keen and cheerful as ATOS is filled with talkative individuals. To just act yourself and to make sure you don't sell yourself as somebody you are not.
