I do customer service .I take phone calls with customers on a daily basis and offer them technical support for Sage 50 cloud payroll.
I have learnt customer service skills. I have learnt a lot about the payroll software as well as various other pieces of software.
I enjoy the programme. However it can be an intense job sometimes.

It is a very good place to work and it is supportive. There is also opportunity to work your way up at Sage .
Be prepared for your interview. Be yourself.Dont be scared for the interview the staff are very friendly.
