We as a carers are delighted to work as a team to assist our residents to get one to one and happy comfortable life at their comfort safe zone.we try to give our best by providing alot of choices and encourage them to be in cheerful and happy life. We try to be with them by supporting them by being like their family.
Every day is a learning process.we all try to learn different skills in our daily tasks. We do try to inculcate the skills of confidence and try to create awareness of helping each other to work as a one team. We try to bring out more ideas and skills of each other by learning more things from different people.
I as a carer take pride the best possibility of work and tasks we perform. We enjoy being surrounded by old age people as we feel family in them. We try to create bond of trust among ourselves. We all try make each other happy by supporting one and all.
Our programme is well organised. We all gave different tasks and duties to carry out. Our programme is do let us give ample of time and chances and choices to help each other. It is well organised and helps to improve us by providing lots of training conducted. We do our best to be best.
The work we conduct is incomplete with the management support. There is lots of help and support from management. They all are well conducted by giving us timely training . Appraisal are always conducted. Lots of supervision is done at work level We do get lots of support if needed. They try to be flexible with us as well.
There has always lots of assistance from training providers. They always check on our assignments. Regular calls n checks are done through mails. If support or guidance is needed they are always there to provide us as required. Regular checks and deadlines for tasks are given. Help needed if we don't have any information of work to be done.
Every days is a challenging day. We all lots of practical knowledge through our theory work conducted. Qualification helps us to know more information in details. Things which are we are unaware we come across on training. We develop lots of confidence and one to one more information is gathered.
There has always been lots of activities going around the home in which we all as team can participate. We all can give our suggestion as to date more xan be done to improve our home. Our views and comments are always welcomed. Lots of trios take place in which we can too participate.

Barchester health care home is a family home. It does gives the feeling of home. We all work as a team We all are connected to each other. We all can give support to each other. Lots of different things goes around according to the choices and abilities to feel home.
We all should try to encourage and support each other to work in barchester health care. It creates awareness and confidence to see how we all work as one teM different culture and different backgrounds. It is good to see more and young people working together more knowledge and have a safe secured environment.
