I am more confident, gained lots of communication skills and problem solving skills as well as working well under pressure
I really enjoyed my apprenticeship, I had 2 trainers throughout. My first trainer was amazing, always replied same day, nothing was too much trouble for her. My second trainer was not so good, very late replies, often took days and multiple messages to get a response.
Well structured, good amount of time between modules
The DHM at my site, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions], was so helpful and was the main reason I passed with an overall distinction. I could not have achieved this without her help and support.

I gained a lot of knowledge on the business which I would not have learnt on the job. Such as customer journey, this really helped me improve my customer service skills, especially when promoting a product/service to sell.

Whitbread really want to progress there workers, and help them be the best they can possibly be! For example - I started on housekeeping and since then have done reception, nights, multi-site work and even management training too!
Go into it with an open mind, be willing to learn as much as possible about the business you are working for and they will help you progress into any job role you desire.
