    • My role and responsibilities as a Partnerships Team Leader are to support the overall strategic management of all employability employers and customer relationship activities by effective leadership of the salespeople within my team and to be the liaison between my accounts and the wider LMP Education team

    • Yes! ive been shown many team leading techniques that i didn't know existed! its given me a whole new outlook on leadership and management

    • Lots! i can speak to other managers for help. I also get given adequate time to complete my work
