I have a variety of roles depending on my current department. currently it is to shaddow planners in repairs and try to learn the process
in the workshop i learned how to apply skills to situations and also gained knowledge on how to follow work instructions and in other roles i have learned a lot about the buisness
some time the program feels forfilling and rewarding but there is a lot of time that feels poorly used and leaves me wanting to do more
on the work side it feels well organised but on the college side it feels very poorly organised
in certian departments the employer support is really good and you feel well supported
due to covid and other issues with staffing due to leave and new people needing hiring the support has been patchy in the past but good on the whole
I feel as though i could be doing a more relevant course
there are lots of oppurtunitys for this yes
Yes
the employer is good and you see many departments, there is something for everyone here
to make sure to push for more work in the quiet moments
