My role involves me managing the delivery, quality and compliance of the Traineeship provision for LMP Education.
I have learnt new skills in management, communication and collaboration.
I enjoy the flexibility that it offers as I can work remotely. I also enjoy the tutors teaching styles as they suit my learning.
The programme is structured brilliantly and my company are very supportive ensuring that I have time to study around my job role.
I receive support as and when I need it.
Support is provided each week to ensure I am progressing with my apprenticeship.
It has taught me new management techniques which enable me to make better decisions for the team.
We have quarterly away days which enable employees to meet face to face and participate in social activities.
