    • I enjoy the flexibility that it offers as I can work remotely. I also enjoy the tutors teaching styles as they suit my learning.

    • The programme is structured brilliantly and my company are very supportive ensuring that I have time to study around my job role.

    • I receive support as and when I need it.

    • Support is provided each week to ensure I am progressing with my apprenticeship.

    • It has taught me new management techniques which enable me to make better decisions for the team.

    • We have quarterly away days which enable employees to meet face to face and participate in social activities.

    • Make the most of your apprenticeship. Enjoy working and gain knowledge from your studies. They should not be a chore.
