I run the operations of two hotels across Durham and Sunderland. My job involves the leadership of team, management of KPI's and day to day operations
Yes, I have learnt lots of new skills that have really supported me over the last year. I have also developed existing skill and feel a much more confident leader
I have really enjoyed the content of the programme, it has been really informative and though provoking.
The programme is well structured and Mylife makes expectations clear and is easy to navigate.
Whitbread are full supportive of my learning. I am able to manage my own time around the business needs and there has been lots of support from colleagues, managers and the support centre in completing the programme.
The training provider has been extremely supportive. The coaches are informative, clear and approachable. They have been flexible with our time if I needed to change anything and where I have needed support, it has been responded to efficiently.
I have taken so much from the content of the Qualification. It has been really difficult reopening the business post Covid as there have been many new issues that we have had to deal with in the industry but the learning has supported me in this.
We hold social events such as quizzes, meal out with team.
Yes
I have worked for the company for 14 years and they have always done their best for the employees. I have progressed from Team Member to Multi site with their support. They always recognise their team and have the culture is really positive.
Make sure you plan your learning time in and protect it, this will help you keep on top of the work. Complete assignments as soon as you can after the last workshop/ webinar so that the knowledge is fresh.
