i am learning financial model, credit analysis, origination.
learning all new skills
it's more complex and challenging and that's what i like.
course with BPP is well organized but with work it's all about understanding the industry, how it works and my line manager following a step by step process which is good for my learning.
a lot. and i also get 7 hours each week for BPP & CBI study.
i have a coach who is really helpful and tutors are also knowledgeable.
still kind of linking all together and i know at the end it will be a success in my role.
being WFH most of the week, not happening much but we do have regular meetings, i attended few social events and few more coming up.
Yes
Natwest is very dedicated to employee development and it's something in their mission objective set out by the CEO.
if you are applying for a role, research a lot about the role, find some connection and understand the critical people behavior, which are used in the interview.
