Currently on the phones, This involves making payments, transfers. It can include potential fraudulent transactions. Within my role i have to follow processes on a daily basis, these include; making sure you have taken the customer through correct mandatory security, checking any previous notes and then processing a customers request
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills? Absolutely! I have learned many new skills within this programme, this can include being able to work efficently on a computer but it can also include how to deal with customers from all situations and backgrounds. Every call is something different!

The program is very well structured. Every day had a intinery that we followed. I believe there was a good balance between creating a friendly environment and also focused learning within the academy. I'm currently still doing the apprenticeship. Sometimes it can be a bit stressful and you need more time
Maybe not from my employer directly but our Line manager is absolutely great if needing help as he himself has came through a similar programme so he understands how it can be a bit stressful and overwhelming sometimes so he can sometimes grant extra time if really needed and that makes me much more comfortable
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications? A Fair bit, we get monthly reviews regarding our progress on our apprenticeship which is helpful. Its is also helpful that our line manager and our apprenticeship coach communicating consistently so they are both aware
