  • Yes. Checking finances, how to solve problems encountered on the way, brand standard and how to assure that everyone is getting good service at its best quality.

  • I enjoy learning new things daily and getting better at my job as I go along my journey.

  • We all as a team make sure that everything is going well and how it should as required, making sure everything is organised.

  • Sometimes, when my manager has time he replies to me with the answer to my query and makes me aware of new things that I need to learn.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot, the trainer is very useful and helps me out whenever I need help, allowing me to ask for advice and helps me to pass my apprenticeship. They are very patient with me and assure that I am sure and clear in what I have to do.

  • Yes, it helps me out as I know a lot more about what to do, making my job a lot easier as I can assure that everything is done as it should be.

  • No, not any that I’ve heard of.

  • Yes

  • It is a good company and helps out a lot, nice team and very professional in what they do, with good high standards.

  • Make sure you be honest at all times, communicating with the team to assure all queries and problems get solved and dealt with, work hard and to the best of your ability at all times.
