My role includes checking in guests & directing them to their rooms, preparing essentials for following day, preparing housekeepers tickets for the day, counted and delegating linen, checking rooms ready for check ins, prepare express check ins.
Yes, I have learnt many new people skills and still picking up new skills on a daily basis.
I love the programme I’m on, I get the support where needed, I can always approach tutor without hesitation.
My programme with lifetime training is very organised, we have a set plan in place to help me around my current work/home life.
I do receive support from my employer where needed.
I receive a lot of support from my tutor, she is always there for anything that i need help with.
