On a day to day basis, I handle liaising with clients, creating and checking over wayleaves, using QGIS to complete estate reviews and doing many jobs for colleagues to help me develop new skills.
I have developed my communication and computer skills, I have learned how to work more independently and how to cope in more stressful situations.
I enjoy the programme very much, it has taught me a lot of new skills and helped me develop ones I had previously.
I receive a lot of support from my colleagues, I can ask anyone a question and they are happy to help.
Because we are on block release we do not receive much support from the university.
