I am constantly learning and developing new skills through both on the job training and content delivered in the workshops
I really enjoy my programme as I feel like I am always learning and I'm always given the correct support
Overall it is well structured. Communication with the training provider can sometimes be an issue however I always know when the next module will start
Plenty of support, both in role and from a wider Vodafone perspective. Everyone is here to support my studies and give be responsibilities which help me grow
The support I receive is good in terms of the 1-2-1 skills coach meetings, however I feel responses could be quicker to wider queries
It helps to provide the foundation and further knowledge behind many of the topic areas that I work to defend on a day to day basis, which is vital.
Yes, now that we are coming out of the COVID period there are lots of socials both in the department and across wider youth programmes at Vodafone which help in the networking aspect

They are a great company to work for who care about their people and invest in young talent
Be yourself! It's cliché but very true, also show ambition and desire for the area you are applying to and always do research into the company!
