As a team member I help the running of the restaurant in the morning topping up breakfast items and checking guests in on the breakfast list. In the evening I do the allocations for the next day and support the restaurant in taking orders and helping in the kitchen. As a appointed person on shift I do all my co pilot tasks and support the team in what they need to have support in
