Everyday is different! Day to day activities vary from reporting, client engagement, dealing with estate matters etc.. From the get go of your career you become entailed into a client facing role and never kept behind the scenes. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a passion for property.
You learn from the very beginning from report writing to manipulating data as well as developing your communication skills within client engagement.
I have been on this programme for 1 year and thoroughly enjoy it- I always want to get involved in more! The team are extremely supportive both in the workplace and academically. So far, a 10/10 experience!
Extremely organised! I know exactly how the course is structured, when specific milestones are and when exactly my working days and study day are weekly which makes it easy for me to plan my time.
They're immensely supportive from the property management team I work in to the wider apprentice team within Savills. I feel comfortable to reach out to either party if there was ever an issue or I'd like extra support on anything and they'd be more than happy to help.
They act as a 24/7 supporter! I can access my resources whenever I like for unlimited usages as well as contacting my lecturers via email or text if I needed any extra one to one support.
Everything I learn can be applied to my day to day role and helps me to develop my personal knowledge in the industry which can improve my client engagement.
There are loads of committees which you can join and be a part of within the workplace as well as assisting in arranging team events.
