Helping Sages customers with their payroll product and delivering assistance and advice that comply with legislation and correct practice in the program
I have learnt many new troubleshooting skills through learning which questions to ask and when to ask them. This skill is complimented by my communication skills, these have been greatly developed through objection handling and adapting my language to suit the needs of each individual customer
I am really enjoying my time as an apprentice at Sage. I feel welcome and well accommodated.
the training we received was amazing and set us up well to begin taking calls. We are supported well by a range of coaches and I am always able to contact my manager/supervisor whenever I need to.
i receive great deals of support by my manager, HR team and coaches. My manager and I have 121s in which i review my progress over the past months and my coaches give me frequent feedback
i receive a great amount of support from my training supervisor, support is always easily accessible by email and they give amazing guidance when i am stuck with work
during my apprenticeship I learn about Sage and its customers (internal and external) I have completed work throughout the apprenticeship that has helped me within my role as i can apply the knowledge to the job
we have things like Christmas parties, a recent brand event and charity days
