Extremely pleasant work environment within a very social team and company

Work within my team and more widely within the business is very good. I receive lots of training and advice from colleagues.

I get great support from my manager and there is great support available from HR if and when required

Support is available however at times the means to getting this support can be rather convoluted

My qualification is a general qualification and allows me to build a foundation of knowledge providing context to aspects of my work. It will also allow greater career flexibility

There are plenty of networking events available

Savills is a very nice company to work for. You are able to access a wide network of support from industry experts. In addition, you are able to enjoy the benefits of working for a large company whilst still getting the small team feel.

Assess the interviewers and see whether these are people you would enjoy working with as this is just as if not more important than the type of work itself
