I have learnt, and am still learning, the art of prioritisation. Sometimes tasks will require our immediate attention and other can wait, so knowing this can help manage workload.
I have enjoyed the programme and gotten immense help from the Learning and Development team. There are lots of training opportunities which helps with the day job.
The programme is very structured as we are working towards getting a professional qualification. The training provided by the company and external providers also helps in structuring the programme and knowing what to do when.
I have received a lot of support from my employer. Everyone wants to see you succeed and get qualified and are willing to help you get there.
We meet with our university supervisor every quarterly and they are available on the phone and by email if we need them.

There are sports club and various committees and events we can be a part of.

The atmosphere and culture at Savills is very lively, with lots of exciting things happening. There are so many different divisions and teams which work across a wide variety of sectors, so there is always someone to ask for help.
Be yourself, and if something does not go your way on the day, then don't let that affect the rest of your performance.
