There is an extensive CPD and Learning program at Savills, which are specific to my role but also relate to personal development and commercial awareness.
It is very well organized and structured, and there is a lot of help given from the Graduate HR team at Savills and also in my department.
There are a wide range of Savills societies and groups to be involved in such as sports clubs, Graduate committees, and groups.
Yes
I would highly recommend Savills to a friend because the company really look out for their employees, there is a lots of support available as Graduate, and a really thorough and structured training program. Everyone in the company is willing to help and the environment is very inclusive.
Read up on the company, and what they have done or participated in recently- whether that is conferences, a publication, a blog or a podcast!
