i start my day with a morning meeting with the rest of the team discussing figures pipeline ect. From 10-12 we make phone calls doing catch ups with vendors, booking viewings and going through app reports. From 12 onwards i conduct all booked viewings and in-between this full fill any given tasks.
i have gained many skills, I have learnt how to work as a team but also gained lots of independence. How to communicate in a formal manner and address people accordingly. I have gained confidence meeting and speaking to new people everyday. Time keeping and sticking to a strict routine.
i enjoy my program so much everyday is so different and i really look forward to going to work everyday and learning along side working. its a perfect balance of socializing, learning and working making each and everyday enjoyable. mornings are clear and structures making life easier with a clear understanding what needs to be done
Extremely clear, deadlines are clearly set that need to be met. Dates for training days are made well in advance. I've never been in doubt about when anything needs to be done or completed by and where i need to be each day.
I receive daily support from everyone around me. Collogues, trainers, other apprentices and graduates. Im never unsure of where to ask and all questions from myself are welcomed at all times from everyone. with frequent catch ups, calls and meetings again all very thorough i personally have never struggled to get support or help.
again, frequent support with meetings monthly and access to contact all day everyday ive never struggled to get support. we also have catchs up whether its via email phone call or teams as a group or singularly we stay in contact in-between meetings ensuring we are all up to date and well.

the opportunities Savills and this apprenticeship has given me i will forever be grateful for. its made me a better person and appreciate everything and everyone so much more. i work alongside the most amazing people ive ever met and cant wait for my future in savills.
