  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My everyday role is mostly office based to essentially carry out the role of a sales negotiator. I answer the phone and enter people requirements an match them to properties. I arrange viewings for properties, as well.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt how to better communicate with people like buyers and vendor, I have started to understand what it means to be part of a large company. I have developed my language and formal speech when talking to people and writing emails.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I think its excellent how many different people I have meet in different areas of the property industry. I love the friends I have made with my colleague, I have enjoyed the ability to travel around the country to such as different offices like Margret Street in London.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say it is very well organised our training, however I do feel there needs to be more of a progression pathway of where we should be up to by a certain point every quarter. I think like by the first 6 months we should be doing our own viewing or something like that.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I feel very supported, however I do feel that I could do with more check ins just to see where my peers are at as well.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Fantastic TAC's really good our trainer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] can't fault him.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think its good however I do feel they need line up what we are doing at Savills better with the course.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No I feel we need to be made aware more of what there is to offer within teams and each office there should be someone who acts as ambassador for teams and social events.

  • Yes

  • Lovely company to work for and the people are all very like minded and love entrepreneurial mind set.

  • To be well prepared for the assessment day and be yourself.
