I'm in charge of multiple spreadsheets, constantly updating the land development sales and looking for new opportunities. I will gradually learn how to network with multiple agents and get sales.
Networking, Excel Skills, Property Valuation, Creating bid schedules
My programme is very well structured I'm given one day a week for my uni work and also given some time to complete assignments if needed.
My employers have been there for me if I have any questions to ask, also they are reviewing some of my assignments and giving me feedback so it can be at the highest possible standard.
I receive a lot of support on my assignments and the team I sit in are very supportive.
My training is providing me with the relevant skills to become a qualified chartered surveyor, I'm learning on the job and my uni work is also starting from scratch so I will learn everything in the industry.
My job is a very sociable job, we are currently taking part in a marathon walk and we also do a lot of team days out.

They seem to invest a lot in graduates and apprentices, they have been very welcoming to me and have my best interests at heart. They are constantly providing me with new opportunities to meet new people.
From my experience Savills doesn't seem to just hire the best academically. They seem to go for the best fit in their company. They want to hire people with personality as well as being somewhat decent academically, but if it makes sense for them they will take you on.
