Learning task by shadowing surveyors and then putting them into practice in real life scenarios. I am also trusted to run my own payments, valuations and procurment packages whilst being supported.
I have learned new skills when it comes to finance. I have also developed my time management, organisation, critical thinking and enhanced my ability to work more effectively with a team.
I would recommend my program to anyone that has an interest in quantity surveying because from my experience so far, this is where I want to be on the future.
My program is structure quite well, I get enough contact time in office as well as out of office to learn.
I receive as much support as I need, as there is always someone in the workplace that I am able to talk to for any sort of help.
I would say the support I get at the moment is already perfect and can not be answered simply. This is because some courses will play to my strengths where as other I may require that bit of extra support.
I feel that it definitely helps me perform better as I am able to see what I learn in practice.
There are always events that come up / plan to come up.
Yes
Countryside is definitely a place that I can see myself growing into a strong quantity surveyor. This environment I would definitely recommend for someone who is ambitious as I am.
I would suggest having some knowledge on the company prior and where you would like to see yourself in the company.
