I am given regular client-facing responsibilities and tasks that stretch me and help me learn. For example, desk-research tasks, assembling reports or presentations, and financial analyses
Many; I have developed skills across the Office suite of programs, but particularly PowerPoint and Excel, I have learnt how to carry out a variety of anlyses, financial, non-financial, qualitative and quantitative
I thoroughly enjoy the program, although the working hours are sometimes slightly longer than I would choose.
There is very clear structure. You always know who you are responsible to and who to go to for help about different things.
We receive lots of support. We are given training materials and paid time off for study, workflow leaders are understanding and considerate of study and other commitments.
We are given time and resources to work towards qualifications; however, the employer does not directly assist or support with learning.
It has improved my understanding of business and the financial world, which can only be helpful.
Regular social events, football teams, a company gym, etc.
