I support the business on the lean transformation, coaching leaders and delivering lean improvements
Yes, I've learned how to use Minitab to analyse data to make better decisions
I've really enjoyed learning a skill and applying it back in the business
Training sessions were often booked very late. the sessions themselves were well structured
Support was quite limited
Coaching support was very good from Capella
This has definitely given me new skills that I can apply back in my role
Not really but then again I probably wouldn't attend anyway

They have a strong purpose to serve patients with medicines which I strongly believe in. AZ is a good employer with the right ethics for patients and staff
