It is well organised I know what I have to achieve every month. And what my goal is each week. I have the right resources to achieve this and I know where to go if I need help with any of my activities. As well as extra support for my maths and English.
My employees are very understanding and helpful when it comes to my apprenticeship. I have the support of my manager and deputy manager. Who helps and support me if I have any questions about my apprenticeship. I can also do my homework at home as well as in working hours.
