I am always developing new skills and do this through self learning on sites such as Degreed and through experience in the role
I enjoy meeting individuals from different financial institutions and I enjoy having time to think about other aspects of banking or to learn about areas I don't come across in my role.
Very organised. I have a great mentor/coach who I interact with monthly and I have a clear path of what is expected and how to achieve it.
I am supported with time to study and regular conversations with my line manager about progress
I have a great coach/mentor from the programme who I can contact at any time and I find the portals online useful to find other information.
It gives me a wider knowledge of the financial sector and has given my skills to improve the way I work and coach

They have supported my throughout my career and they have allowed me to develop into the role I am in today. I have still not reached my peak, but I feel I can find it here
